I had to go out of town for my work's annual state convention. I left Friday morning and got back last night. This year it was in Fort Worth. While I was gone, Lani and daddy had a lot of time together. It looks like they had a lot of fun, though. Boy did I miss them!

Ard Family Thanksgiving

Here are most of the Ard Family, my step-family. My dad has 4 sisters and a brother. There are 6 Ard siblings. Most already have grandchildren. We are missing about 15 people in this picture. What a group!

Lani (and us too) had a blast at the fair this year. This was her first year to ride some of the kiddie rides. We ran into some friends there and had fun hanging out with other couples. It was a great night!

Lani and I went to a Pumpkin Patch in the rain last Saturday. We still had fun! It is also a Christmas Tree Farm, so we were able to see all the future christmas trees.
