Looking Back

Sometimes it's fun to go back and reminisce. This was Lani at her first Easter Egg Hunt 2 years ago. She was about 10 months old in this picture.

Easter Egg Hunt

Lani liked the Easter Bunny as long as it didn't touch her! Thus, me having to be in the picture with her. At first the bunny had his arm around my shoulder, but Lani realized his "paw" was touching her and wouldn't have it.

She enjoyed all the candy!

It snowed this morning! We woke up to a winter wonderland. Lani got to play in the snow for the first time. Too bad it didn't last long, though. It melted away pretty quickly.

Happy Birthday, Kendra!

Last night we celebrated Kendra's 19th birthday. Phillip made hamburgers and fries for supper. For dessert we had cookie cake. Lani just wanted the icing! Kendra was surprised with flowers, candy and maternity clothes. Happy Birthday, Kendra!!

All Dressed Up

Here we were ready for church. Lani had on one of her new dresses ( I love the brown and pink) and her hair was in a little bun. I wish you could see the bun. She looked so cute!

Lani has learned "Are you sleeping". If you cannot understand what she is saying here are the words: "Are you sleeping, Brother John, Brother John. Morning bells are ringing. Ding, ding, dong" She tends to whisper when I am recording and sing louder when no one is paying attention.

Morning at the Park

I'm just loving these Saturdays with warmer weather to where we can be outside. I decided to treat Lani to the park this past Saturday morning. The kid loves to slide!
